This is two months post double exchange surgery (expanders for silicone, under the muscle implants) as well as fat transfers. The radiated side is higher and tighter but considering what my chest has gone through, I am happy. The non affected side has more rippling and may need a lift (it has dropped alot despite the implant) but I have cleavage again and with a bra, they look good. Twins not sisters 🙂 My scars are quite hidden underneath and I was lucky to keep my nipples. It was a long journey (14 months with expanders as I was on chemo/covid pushed it out) but my surgeon is amazing. Fat transfers from my legs were more painful than anticipated but worth it as the implant ridges are hidden and the expander boob “shelf” is gone. Happy to share here!
