Diagnosed at age 27 when I was 34 weeks pregnant. I also had 6 year old daughter.
Delivered my baby boy straight away, then I started chemotherapy when he was 6 days old.
My daughter then turned 7.

I went through 4 months of IV chemo, and had a left sided mastectomy with no reconstruction. There were residual cancer cells, so I had 3 weeks of radiotherapy and then 4 months of oral chemotherapy. A new lump was then found in the mastectomy scar, so a lumpectomy was performed.

Treatment lasted May 2019 – June 2020 in East Sussex, England.

Four months later I fell pregnant again. Had a healthy baby boy in June 2021.
