 Exchange surgery 11/27/20 resulted in excessive rippling due to thin skin and contour irregularities.

A revision was done 9/27/21 with implants changed out from 520 cc Naturelle Inspira Soft Touch Full Profile Smooth Round implants to 560cc Natrelle Inspira Cohesive Full Profile Smooth Round Implants.

Fat grafting taken from flanks, back, and hips and placed at top of implants as well as across the surface to smooth out ripples.

Last picture was taken 2/11/22, four months post op.
