Advice to newcomers: for those approaching their surgery, don’t stress about it too much. Have someone take care of you for the first week. Don’t try to be a superhero… just rest, rest, rest. Move when you can and get the blood flowing, but expect the first week to pretty much suck. And also take cannabinoids if it’s legal where you live.
