Single skin sparing mastectomy

Single skin sparing mastectomy with expander and nipple removal. This procedure was carried out on a breast that had previously been treated with a lumpectomy & radiation 5 years prior.

It healed really well despite concerns due to previous treatment to the area.
I had the expander inserted partially filled under the muscle.

Then gradually filled every few weeks for 6 months in preparation to exchange to a permanent teardrop implant.
